Travel cancellation: We are always sorry to see guests having to cancel or postpone their travel arrangements. Up to 60 days before the booked date: no cancellation charges will be due. For later cancellation, postponement of the arrival or early departure, half-board price will be charged at 70%. Make sure you make adequate provisions. Only written cancellations will be accepted (the provisions and regulations of the German Hotel and Catering Association apply).

We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance. It will protect you from financial consequences if you cannot take your trip for reasons of illness or accident. We will send you the appropriate documents together with the booking confirmation.
